Moist chocolate cake

Recipe for Chocolate moist cake:

Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup fresh chocolate milk ( i used Dutch Lady brand )

3/4 cup cocoa powder

1 cup oil

1/2 cup condensed milk

1 1/4 cup plain flour

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

1 tsp baking powder

3 whole eggs

Method:

1. Sieved flour, baking soda and soda b. into a bowl.

2. Add cocoa powder, sugar, fresh choc milk, condensed milk and oil into a pot and on low heat till sugar dissolved. put aside to cool.

3. Beat eggs till fluffy and add in the cocoa mixture.

4. Add in a little at a time plain flour and mix well.

5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and Cover with an aluminium foil.

6. Steam for 1 hour.
